REGISTRATION POLICY FOR STATES:
AARMR is pleased to offer ONE (1) complementary registration per state agency for this Training School (a value of $690) To take advantage of this special offer, simply enter the DISCOUNT CODE: “little rock” when prompted. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Little Rock Marriott for AARMR participants. To reserve a room, call reservations at (877) 759-6290. Please ask for the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR) room block. The hotel rate available to government employees will be at the per diem rate at the time of arrival (currently $94/night plus tax) from Monday, April 29 to Thursday, May 2. Hotel Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, March 27, 2019

After March 27, 2019 5:00PM EST, reservations will be accepted on space and rate availability basis only. After the room block is full we cannot guarantee rooms or rates at the hotel. Check-in is any time after 3:00PM; check-out in 12:00PM

TRAVEL
The Little Rock Marriott is located approximately 7 miles from the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT). Complimentary airport shuttle service is available (reservation required) from Mon-Sun 5am - 11pm. Estimated taxi fare is $17 (one way).

Participation Policy:
In order to receive a certificate of completion, you must have the approval of your agency to attend and you are required to fully participate and attend all days of the training school.

Room Block Policy:
Upon registering for this Training School, you agree to stay at the host hotel and utilize AARMR's room block unless it is sold out at the time of your registration. AARMR has a financial obligation to block a minimum amount of rooms at the host hotel otherwise AARMR will incur a financial penalty. If the minimum amount of rooms are not blocked at the host hotel and AARMR incurs a financial penalty as a result, any registered attendees not staying at the host hotel may incur a financial penalty from AARMR.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend this school, you MUST notify AARMR as soon as possible, but not later than March 27 to avoid a penalty. These training schools generally sell out and have a waiting list. After March 27 AARMR is liable for the cost of all food and beverage events based on our guaranteed number of attendees provided to the hotel. For cancellations after March 27 or no-shows, you will be charged a fee of $350.
