Refund Policy:
Cancellations made in writing on or before July 1, 2019, will be refunded, less a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations after July 1, 2019, will not be refunded. Substitutions are always welcome, as no-shows will not be refunded. Please contact AARMR for further information or if you have any questions.

AARMR Member Registration Rate Policy:
If you are a member of AARMR, in order to receive the member registration rate of $795, the attendee’s organization must be a member in good standing with their annual dues paid in full by July 1, 2019.
